Aeolian Village hotel, is a
four star hotel complex cleverly built into the volcanic landscape.
Facilities at the hotel include just about everything a guest could
need. A large outdoor swimming pool with extensive sun terraces, sun
beds and shades when required as well as a children's pool close by. The
hotel has created an ideal environment for the younger visitors by
providing a play ground and a supervised children's club which operates
during the mornings and afternoons offering all kinds of organised and
safe fun giving parents and guardians the chance to relax.
The main complex consists of just two floors spanning around the
landscaped gardens and houses the main reception, cocktail bar,
mini-market and souvenir shop, hairdressing salon and games room as well
as the main restaurant and lounge area. There are large verandas where
guests can relax and a further pool side bar and Taverna where snacks
are served throughout the day as well as sumptuous buffets prepared by
the hotel chefs .
Accommodation is designed here to suit all tastes. The main complex
consists of 83 rooms, all of which are decorated to the highest standard
and offer private balconies or terraces and a choice of either Sea or
Land View. They are equipped with air-conditioning & heating,
international direct dial telephones, satellite television, private
safe, refrigerator, hairdryer and private bathroom with either bath or
shower.
The hotel also offers superb individual and family accommodation away
from the main complex. Studio bungalows are suited to 2-3 persons who
need more space than a traditional hotel room offers. Family bungalows
are suited for 2-4 persons but have the added advantage of separate
bedroom with twin beds and large living/dining room. Maisonettes offer
the same facilities as family bungalows but consist of two floors
increasing privacy as well as offering more space.
What ever type of accommodation suits your needs, you will find a
sumptuous breakfast awaiting you in the light and airy dining room. The
food here is excellent and the hotel serves buffet style lunches and
evening meals as well as a full a la carte menu of traditional Greek and
European foods. Theme nights are all part of the organised entertainment
and of course the village of Skala Eressos offers numerous restaurants
and bars at which to feast.
