Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism Terms & Conditions

 

 

Payment Terms & Conditions

Upon confirmation of reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total and the balance is to be paid, 10 days prior to arrival.

 

Complaints

All complaints for the services rendered, should be reported on the spot to Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism offices or the local representing agencies. No complaint will be accepted after client’s departure, if the event is not reported locally to our agents, during the clients stay.

 

Overbooking

In the event of to overbooking or any other unforeseen circumstance, of a specified hotel, an alternative hotel of at least the same category or higher category will be may be used without any extra charge.

 

Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by swift bank draft. Payment can be made via our secure web site with Proxy Pay3.  If payment is to be made by swift bank deposit, we will forward you our bank details so that payment can be made. We will require you to send us a photocopy of the bank deposit statement. If payment is to be made by American Express Credit card, our bank requires an authorization from to be filled out completely, along with a photocopy of the credit card (front & back) as well as a photocopy of passport or identity card.

 

Cancellation Policy

In case of last moment cancellation or “NO-SHOW CLIENTS”, we undertake to try our best to either eliminate or minimize as much as possible eventual cancellation fees, however, in case that the respective accommodation will insist to charge, with regret we will have no other alternative than to charge them in our turn respectively as we shall be charged.

 

Terms of Refund & Non Refundable fees

  • Cancellation prior to 3 weeks - there will be an administration charge of 50,00 Euro. Any extra funds already paid will be redeemable towards future reservations & services made through Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism, which will be valid for two (2) years.

  • Cancellation between 3 weeks (21 days) to 10 Days prior to arrival: Deposit of 30% will be non refundable.

  • Cancellation less than 10 Days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fees will be applied.

  • Services charge for refund, reimbursements to credit cards, bank drafts cost 50,00 Euro per transaction. For credit card reimbursements, there is an extra charge of 3% for banking transaction fees.

Responsibility of Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism

Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism, and its representative's act only as agents between you and local hotel, cruise and transportation companies, land tour operators and any other related travel company associated with the booking made through Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism Sunny Greece Travel & tourism's responsibility is limited.

 

Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism and its representatives will not accept any responsibility in the event of weather conditions, strikes, damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or acts of war. Likewise due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation, or the fault/default of any local hotel, cruise and transportation companies, land tour operator, or any other related travel company including their employees, associated with the booking made through Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism.

 

Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism and its representatives are not responsible for any passport, visa, consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passenger or by any other person.

 

By booking any hotel, tour, cruise, transportation, vehicle, package, flight and/or any related service, you acknowledge that in any event, Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and that the sole extent of Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism's liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the passenger.

 

Sunny Greece Travel & Tourism reserves the right to change or cancel any confirmed service, if necessary, for force majeure reason.
